Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the AcquireSource affiliate program operated through acquiresource.com ("we", "us"). By applying to or participating in the program you agree to them.

1. The program

AcquireSource is a lead generation network. We connect traffic from approved affiliates with licensed third party lending partners. Our lending partners currently serve borrowers in Canada. We are not a lender and we do not make credit decisions.

2. Applications and approval

• All affiliate accounts are subject to manual review and approval.
• We may decline any application, and approve or decline specific traffic sources, at our discretion.
• Commission rates, qualification criteria and payment schedules are agreed during onboarding and confirmed in writing before traffic begins.

3. Traffic rules

Affiliates must not use:

• Misleading claims, including "guaranteed approval", "no refusal" or similar framing;
• Advertising targeting people whose income is from government benefits;
• Spam (email, SMS, comments or otherwise), incentivized clicks, forced redirects, or bot traffic;
• Trademark bidding on our brand or our lending partners' brands without written permission;
• Any practice that breaches the advertising, lending, anti-spam or privacy laws applicable to the borrower's jurisdiction, including Canadian federal and provincial law and CASL.

Breaching these rules can result in withheld commissions on affected leads and termination of the account.

4. Leads and commissions

• A lead is credited to the affiliate whose tracking code or API key it carries.
• Only qualified leads, as defined in your onboarding agreement, are commissionable.
• Fraudulent, duplicated or non-compliant leads are not commissionable and may be clawed back if already paid.
• Payouts follow the schedule agreed at onboarding.

5. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time with written notice. Commissions on valid qualified leads generated before termination remain payable. Sections 3, 4 and 6 survive termination.

6. Liability

The program is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to an affiliate is limited to unpaid commissions properly owed. Affiliates are independent businesses and nothing here creates employment, agency or partnership.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to active affiliates by email. Continued participation after notice means acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
